Our Story
Story of Deffinite which was founded in 2015 to provide event and meeting data services for meeting hotels and MICE industry starts from 2012. Meeting data services and intelligence reports were firstly launched and introduced in Ä°stanbul in 2012 as Newmarket's country representative and continued until Newmarket was acquired.

Upon termination of this service by Newmarket, Deffinite has taken local initiative, has considered customers' local expectations, has reinterpreted concept of this service, has changed methodology of data collection and data presentation utilizing innovative technologies and has launched new service category : Business Intelligence with Big Data and Proactive Competition Management in MICE industry under registered brand Eventual™.
By means of this innovative approach coverage of data service has been extended to whole Ä°stanbul and then to main meeting destinations of Turkey.Modern and innovative service provided by Deffinite has been appreciated and won recognition by many global hotel chains in Turkey and many global and local hotel chains have started to utilize Deffinite's services.

Deffinite currently has the biggest and the most comprehensive event and meeting data source with more than 14,000 accounts whose number increases week by week and with more than 75, 000 events which were held in more tan 500 hotels and venues in all over main destinations in Turkey and whose number increases week by week and with data process capacity with 500 events in a week. Deffinite provides this data to customers' access and usage with specialised and focused service approach for customers' sales success.
